We teach the players E+R=O in the program. There are uncontrollable Events that happen in life. Your Response (not your emotional reaction) is what you can control and what contributes to the eventual Outcome. Truth!

I share this with you because I am proud of the offseason thus far. I am proud of the guys. I cannot guarantee a 15th sectional championship. I cannot guarantee any outcome. I do believe, however, our responses (offseason) will contribute to a positive eventual outcome. Outworking your talent and never being satisfied is the key to success!

As we continue to get guys bigger, stronger and faster, as we continue to attend skills/throwing sessions and as we participate in skills/concept development opportunities we will be better come day #1 of camp. Fight the temptation to be a wheelbarrow and only work when you are pushed. Value the "grind" of being in the gym and on the field with your buddies. Embrace the hard things about working tirelessly for your team. These will make the Quakers better.
