Spring brings warmer temperatures and sunshine! This change from the winter months brings energy and signs of change.

In my yard there is evidence of new growth on bushes, shrubs and trees! The lawnmower will be out soon as the grass will be growing as well.

I want to take this opportunity to encourage players in the program to do the same! The past is the past. Continue to work on your goals and chase your football dreams. Growth takes time and takes effort. The minute a seed is planted it doesn’t produce fruit. It takes time and effort. Continue to make your deposits into preparing your body and mind for the upcoming season. Take the time to “see” your goals and know what it will take to accomplish them this fall season. Orchard Park Football is on the verge of many exciting announcements. We are committed, not interested, in helping young people be the best version of themselves.
